「The property was run-down and dirty. Corners of the walls were chipped, elevator doors were dirty, the hallway had a stench, and the hallway carpet and tile were dirty. The room had a broken wooden panel.
We went down to get breakfast at 9:00 AM, and they ran out of eggs. We had to ask for the sausage to be refilled. The dining counters and tables had food on them.」
「The room was good, but the bed was metal and every time we moved it would make noises and wake us up. There are cats running all over even in the place they have the breakfast setup so if you don't like animals or have an allergy to cats don't book here. Also, they have no working elevator so if you have issues climbing stairs don't book here. The price was good and we don't have issues with cats or climbing so this is why a 3 star not a one. I just want people to know what they are getting...
「Clean room, comfortable bed, plenty of charging stations but no elevator. I just has a heart Cath and needed an elevator. No nonsmoking rooms were available on 1st floor. I didn’t realize all multiple floor hotels don’t have elevators.」
「Staff was not friendly and the room was not cleaned properly. The bathroom had old bar soap and pubic hair in the shower. The room also had big roaches! The bed was lumpy and very hard and uncomfortable! I will not stay again. Oh also they charge $15 a day for “free” parking and a $100 deposit that’s not mentioned that you don’t get back until a week later.」
