「Some concern about cleanliness of TV Remote Control and phone. Phone didn’t work only on speaker.Most disappointing was options of eating facilities during the day. Johnny Rockets was a frustrating unsatisfying experience. Staff not friendly; poor service ended up walking out and went to the Keg no other dining options available in Casino until 4.」

「Cleanliness could be better - floors were dirty and there were bits of other guests hairs in the shower. Bathroom mirror was wonderful, there’s really nowhere to put your stuff down in the bathroom so keep that in mind with hair tools etc. Staff was friendly, coffee station was a bonus! All in all, it was okay!」
