"Quiet surroundings. Welcome & check in was friendly and efficient. The room was clean, and uncluttered making unpacking easy. Same with the reverse when it was time to go. The beds & pillows are extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious, fresh foods offered for every dietary need. The table staff were welcoming and always seemed to know when we needed more coffee or water. Looking forward to next time I visit London."

"Clean and comfortable room, but we stayed 2 nights and didn’t realize we had to ask for fresh towels and more coffee. No pen and paper in room. Front desk didn’t know there was water for filling water bottles in gym. We were told there was nowhere to get water. Breakfast didn’t start until 7:30 which was a little late for us as we had to leave by 8 for a function. Staff was friendly. Hotel needs updating in main area, but room was quiet and comfortable."

"I recently stayed at London Armouries and I have had a wonderful experience. The staff were very kind from the moment we arrived. The entire facility was clean and well maintained. Water was delivered promptly upon request, which I appreciated. The breakfast was excellent with great quality and variety. The restaurant staff were also very nice, and our server was willing to accommodate any changes we wanted in our breakfast, which made the meal even more enjoyable. We also used valet parking and the parking concierge were prompt, courteous, and very helpful. We had business outside the hotel, so we did not use the other facilities inside the hotel. However, the location is ideal since it is in downtown London. There are many restaurants and cafés within walking distance, which made it very convenient. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would happily return."

"Our room had no hot water. It was tepid at best. No, usb ports in the rooms to recharge phones. Otherwise, it was a decent experience."

"our stay is very memorable! there was a fire alarm , we panicked and used the stairs, nothing happened which is a good thing! No fire! Front desk let us check in a bit earlier. which is good! The room was very spacious, bathroom is very clean. Breakfast was very good. No complaints! "
