Only downside is the parking is extremely limited and no TVs in the bedrooms. I enjoy working from my bed with the tv on in the background. If you can avoid bringing separate vehicles, you should.”

“This is a newly decorated Condo right on the beach....the view could not be any better! Just gorgeous ocean & sand!! Beds are comfy ....Master also has a direct view to the ocean.Nice little balcony to sit outside on.from the living room. Very relaxing! Great large screen TVs also. Nice washer & dryer in the unit. We did see dolphiins swimming one a.m. quite aways out. A pair of Morning Doves entertained us a few times with their cooing.”

“This was the best property we have booked on VRBO. Doug and Cathy are fantastic to work with. Everything you need is within walking or a very short drive. All the little details they cover makes you feel at home instantly. A short drive to Orlando to do the theme parks, puts you right back on the beach the same day. We are already wanting to book another trip at this great place.”

“This condo is everything you need for a great vacation! The condo is fully stocked to suite all your needs and more, great location and the beach is beautiful!! “The condo and grounds were beautiful. They had an elevator that was helpful. Close walk to the beach and pool. Restaurants were within walking distance as well as the pier and Publix. Plenty of lounges at the pool. The property had 4 beach chairs umbrellas a large cooler. I had an issue working the tv (my lack of technology) I reached out to the property manager and he responded within seconds with instructions! Kitchen had pots pans dishes glasses bowls. We were very comfortable and this will……

“The condo is tidy, lovely, and spacious. It is right on the beach and couldn’t be more convenient. The pool is very nice, as well. Just a few minutes’ drive to restaurants and so many activities. Would definitely stay there again.”

“This was our second stay at this property and we loved it just as much as the first time! We absolutely loved waking up to the beautiful sunrises over the ocean, the sounds of the waves as we fell asleep and the restaurant Coconuts on the Beach which is just next door. The location is perfect and while the pool looks underwhelming at first glance, it’s never crowded and my 12 and 15 year old love it! We enjoy the easy in and out access with the garage and are grateful to not have to get into a……

“Our stay at Cocoa Beach Club was very enjoyable. The condo was exactly as described. Beds were comfortable. It is spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. The balcony had a nice view of the ocean. Our stay was peaceful and very enjoyable. The guest service manager, Taylor was quick to respond to any questions we had. Check in was extremely easy. Would highly recommend this gem.”

“The property is old, and the elevator is slow and noisy, but those are minor things. The location was excellent, away from the congestion of Cocoa Beach, but convenient to shopping and restaurants. The beach was uncrowded and beautiful. Our unit was clean and comfortably furnished, complete with all that you need to enjoy the ocean. Our grandson said it best, “It’s old, but it’s nice. I really like it here”. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“We had a great beach vacation and the location of this property is fantastic. Hit the beach every day, did a fishing charter, which is great for the kids and we even saw a rocket launch and the booster come back down to land right from the balcony.”

“The view was outstanding, kinda annoying we got woken up every morning around 6:45 to dump trucks coming past the condo on the beach with loads of sand, the room definitely could have been cleaned better, food on the counter, microwave, and dirty plates put in cabinets. The bedsheets were dirty, im hoping the sheets were washed for us.... overall we loved it, i just cleaned the condo myself when we got there.”

“The condo/apartment was spotless and inviting. Beautiful tile throughout, clean and beach cozy. The 3rd floor patio was spacious with comfy chairs and had great views. The morning sunrise was beautiful! The host was very responsive and we had no issues. The property itself seems older but the unit is up to date. We saw that some complained about the stairs which was not an issue for us, but may be difficult for seniors. We hope to visit again! Thank you!”

“My husband and I found this property while seaching for a family friendly, low key Spring Break vacation and it did not disappoint. The posted pictures are 100% accurate. The views are amazing. The location of the room was perfect, close to, but not right above the pool. The upgraded kitchen was nice. Our boys (8,10,12) enjoyed the pool daily and could easily walk down a few steps to be right on the beach!! Resturants and shopping were close, some within walking distance. My only complaint is……

“This property was an excellent choice for our family. The pool, short walk to the beach, Cocoa Beach pier, and nearby restaurants were exactly what we had wanted. The one thing we were very disappointed in was the terrible quality of the mattresses. They were so cheap and unsupportive that it really hindered any quality sleep. We've never had a problem with beds at other properties so these must just be unfortunately cheap or poor quality mattresses. If those could be replaced this property……
