「The staff was very helpful. The rooms were clean. We did not like the bedding on top of the sheets and questioned its cleanliness plus it wasn't warm enough. The heat unit was noisy and difficult to keep the room warm without the unit loudly running. Everything else was good and adequate.」

「Room smelled so bad of dog urine I couldn't stay. The ammonia was insane! And the heat/ac had a broken knob for the temp therefore unusable. By far the worst place I have ever tried to stay at」

「It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. I have stayed here at least five times and was very disappointed this time.」

「Clean spacious room. The hotel is literally in the middle of nowhere. Unless you eat in the nearby military base, or have a taste for Subway or teriyaki - there is literally nothing to eat in walking distance. 3 miles away - McDonald’s and some other place. Access to the hotel off I-5 northbound is a nightmare. Construction, new overpasses, hard place to find. Good luck doing it at night - even with a GPS. All in all - a pretty bad experience. Breakfast looked like a high school...

「We are the customers checking staying in this hotel. The experience is very unsatisfactory and unhappy. There were insects in room, stain on the carpet, phone, alarm, hair dryer, they were all no function. There were hair clip, bottle caps left in room from other customers stayed before. When asking for room cleaning, nothing happened even I came to the front desk reiterating our demand. It is unbelievable and unacceptable. The worst and terrible hotel we have ever stayed. 「This place is ghetto. I would rather sleep on the open ground in Afghanistan again. The staff were jerks. The house keeping demanded to come in and I told them to come back Then the front desk called my room demanding I exit so the house keeper could go inside. Mind you I work nights and its at that time about 9 am I got off work at 6 am and completely resting. I sat out in my car and with my motel door room open, never saw the "emergency" housekeeper anywhere in the area. I was frustrated and...

「Enjoyed our stay, liked the online check in option to select our room beforehand, staff was great, room was as described.breakfast options were good, always love when fresh waffles are available. Only negatives I can note was the ice maker on our floor was out of order and the drain in our shower was slow so it puddled and came out the door a little bit. 」

「最棒的是早餐，用餐时间到早上十一点半，十几款餐即点即做，完全可以抵上一个午餐，服务人员态度也很好。房间宽敞舒适，唯一不太好的就是洗手间有下水道的异味，要通风半个小时后才没有味道。另外从西雅图市区开过去要经过一座收费的桥，每次通行6刀。但考虑到早餐整体性价比还是不错的」
