「No one came to clean our room for 3 days. Had to go to the front desk to get clean towels. Will not go back. The breakfast was good and changed every day.」

「I was impressed when I first stepped into the building! The concierge/hostess was gracious and friendly. Actually, she was glad to see me! That made me comfortable right away.
