“No one came to clean our room for 3 days. Had to go to the front desk to get clean towels. Will not go back. The breakfast was good and changed every day.”

“My only complaint is that the A/C unit is not silent. Makes enough noise that I could not go to sleep.”

“We started our stay by having lunch in the restaurant. The beer they brew on site was very very good as was the food and the service. Our room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. The only negative was our experience in the pub they have in the basement. It was a mediocre experience. So we recommend the hotel based on our experience with everything except the pub. Plenty of free parking as well”

“I was impressed when I first stepped into the building! The concierge/hostess was gracious and friendly. Actually, she was glad to see me! That made me comfortable right away. I was conscious of the facilities being on Rt. 30 and concerned about the possibility of noise. However, I slept well! I am an early riser and I knew that breakfast was served at 6:30a. Since I was a little early (6:00a) I did expect the set up to be ready. I was again greeted by a friendly hostess who invited me to……

“Very good 4 night stay overall. Location is perfect and parking was wonderful. Check in was fast with courteous staff. The room was clean; however, a few outside patio lights were out and hindered staying out past dusk. Breakfast was above average with good variety. Beds weren't the most comfortable but were ok. Recommend putting microwaves in rooms that are in buildings away from the main building and ensure there are working ice machines in all buildings.”

“This Bed and Breakfast was very nice. It was a pretty room, comfortable bed and convenient location. I liked that it was walking distance to the center of town and a short drive to the battlefields. They offer both a multi course sit down breakfast or a grab and go simpler breakfast. We needed to get on the road in the morning so we chose the grab and go. It was great, with ample choices of food. The sit down meal did smell delicious though!”

“Great hotel! Perfect for our visit to Gettysburg. The pool and hot tub were great, and the breakfast was hot and delicious. The ladies attending the breakfast were very attentive and helpful. They even offered to carry a plate to our table because they could see our hands were full. Lovely place and even lovelier people.”

“It's super close to the different monuments. Gettysburg isn't a big town, but the places near Lincoln Square are still very crowded. This hotel is not in that area and therefore offers a quiet atmosphere while still being very walkable to all of the different places. It also offers a great complimentary breakfast. The room was clean and spacious. Would recommend staying here if you are traveling with family or a big group of people. Some of the more historical lodges and rooms are older and more……
