“Communication with the host was excellent. My son brought a wife who had her first experience in the United States. The resort is lovely. The cabin was clean and the couple enjoyed the walk to the lake. We will definitely return.”

“House was very clean and beds were comfy. Grill was full of charcoal ash from previous use. Hot tub was a nice bonus!”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was the perfect size for our group, the hot tub was great after a long day, and the game was an added bonus!”

“This property was absolutely phenomenal. Perfect. If you want to do the bourbon trail it’s right in the middle of everything highly recommend.”

“I've stayed in this cabin before, mostly a weekend get away and it's awesome. The shower head isn't a low flow, feels like 20 gallons a second. The shower is amazing, the peace is amazing. Love this cabin!!!”

“House was exactly what was described and pictured. great central location for bourbon tastings. beds were comfortable, towels and linens were clean and of a good quality. body wash, shampoo and conditioner were supplied. very responsive communication when there was an issue with the front gate code. parking a second car at the property was a bit tricky but we managed it. Some repairs are clearly needed but overall, the house is in good shape.”

“Very clean, has all the necessities, and very comfortable”

“We stayed here on a girl’s getaway and were very pleased with the accommodations!”

“We had a wonderful stay! The location couldn’t have been better and made traveling between Bardstown & Louisville quick & easy. The house is in a quiet area and within walking distance to local restaurants, coffee/bakery, shopping and more. We were happy just spending time exploring Bloomfield. The property was well kept & nicely decorated, beds were comfortable, hot tub was clean, and exactly as described. We’d happily stay here again!"”

“This was a great place for a group traveling in for the bourbon trail. Some of us found the mattresses to be a bit hard, but that would be the only complaint. Everything else was first rate.”

“It has dirty dishes in the cabinet and old food left in the fridge and freezer. The outside is extremely over grown.”

“Overall, we had a good experience. We loved that there is plenty of room for us and the kids. Kids used the hot tub every day, as the pool was not in use. One of the reasons we picked this location was for the pool. Until we were there, saw the pool was all green and questioned it, we were never warned that it was not available. It was very disappointing. One suggestion would be for the peaks of the ceiling in the living room/kitchen area to be cleaned. It didn't impact my stay, but just……
