Located on Jadranska Street, it's close to cafés like Žbirac, museums, and the city center. The sea is only 200 m away, and Split Airport lies 20 km from the property, making it ideal for beach lovers and culture seekers. Interior Features & Comforts Designed for four guests, the apartment includes a living room with a single sofa bed and smart TV, a modern kitchen with full appliances, and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with twin singles. Air conditioning ensures comfort, and the bathroom features a bathtub with shower. A private, fenced terrace offers a cozy outdoor space. Misrepresented Listing

**WARNING! DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE - THE LISTING DOES NOT MATCH THE REALITY. We checked in and immediately checked out due to the fact that there was a giant building being constructed in front of the UNIT. THIS was not disclosed in the listing - COMPARE THE PHOTOS IN THE LISTING TO THE ONES WE TOOK BELOW. Not only did it block the view as shown in the listing, but the nose from the construction was going on well past 6PM when we arrived. It was very difficult to get in touch with the host to try to resolve the issue and even though the host admitted the listing was no longer accurate, she refused to return our money. See attached photos.
