"From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. The entire staff was incredibly professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Although the exact room we originally booked wasn’t available, they went above and beyond by upgrading us to a much nicer room at no additional cost — a gesture that truly set the tone for our stay. The valet team was outstanding as well: courteous, prompt, and extremely polite every time we interacted with them. My girlfriend and I are very particular when it comes to cleanliness, and we often run into issues at other hotels. This property absolutely exceeded our expectations. The room and common areas were spotless, well-maintained, and clearly cared for with attention to detail. It’s rare to find a hotel that nails professionalism, hospitality, and cleanliness all at once, but this one did exactly that. We were genuinely impressed and felt well taken care of throughout our stay. We are already looking forward to returning and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-tier experience."

"Everything! The staff was polite, professional and service oriented. The property has plenty of parking space, the location unbeatably great! The room was completely cleaned, the bed very well made. They made sure any toiletry was timely provided and their service was incredibly fast and I never saw a face and everything I requested was already in my room before I got there. Special thanks to Mr. Dalton for his incredible hospitality and service. He made this property be even better. Very personable, very professional!
