"I got two twin beds when I booked a queen. The room was clean but plain. Nothing special of my stay but the breakfast was the best part. Overall 3/5"

"Great location, very close to Alaxenderplaz (train, Ubahn, Sbahn, trams). Easy to walk to a lot of places. The bed was VERY comfortable and it would have been a very god night’s seep had it not been for the noise from the road. The location overlooks Karl-Marks Allee and that gets used as a drag racing track for a lot of the night - ask for a room at the back. There was WiFi but it did not work in the room. There was a fault with the wireless access point that covered our room and they were not able to resolve that in three days - which is disappointing. The WiFi worked in the public areas downstairs but it was not very fast. There as a smell of drains when we walked through the door and that was especially bad in our bathroom."

"Very disappointed with our stay. The breakfast was poor, with a very limited selection. On two mornings, the fruit was already spoiled and fermented. If you came a bit later, there was often not enough food left. Sleeping at night was nearly impossible because the room windows faced the railway and tram tracks, making it extremely noisy. The room itself was not properly maintained—there was trash under the bed, the room was not cleaned on any of the days of our stay, the bed linen was not changed, and even basic hygiene supplies, including toilet paper, were not replenished. We also asked if breakfast could be prepared for takeaway on our last day, but the hotel refused without offering any solution. Overall, this hotel does not deserve its 4.5-star rating. The experience was far below expectations, and unfortunately, we would not recommend staying here."

"The property is clearly new and well-maintained. We found the room to be exceptionally clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. However, the sofa bed mattress was a significant issue; it was far too thin and unstable. It dipped severely in the middle, making it impossible for my sister and me to get a good night's rest. With a mattress upgrade, this would be a five-star stay."
