"This is my favorite hotel in State College and one of the most beautiful renovations for a local college hotel. The food is excellent, and the hotel service is always welcoming and efficient, the valet attendance are excellent, front desk team is terrific and very welcoming. Will is outstanding and helped me book my favorite room . The only drawback for business travelers that donā€™t have a lot of timeā€” is that the breakfast is not easy to get to in the morning. The coffee shop is adorable. Unfortunately they never have enough staff or good training on how to keep lines flowing. They also just rearranged the coffee shop this past week and it looks absolutely terrible. It was so adorable and a comfort when you canā€™t make it to the sit down breakfast. The staff are always so kind but sometimes the line is 30 to 35 people deep just to get a cup of coffee! All the parents visiting order full meals and take their sweet time ordering complicated drinks. Itā€™s so unbearable! I wish they would put out free coffee or offer a fast pick up line and get the staff help."
