「I came here for my bday and it was very distasteful to say the least. The staff members aren’t helpful and are very quick to give you the manager’s email to solve any issue. The food was terrible! Very few choices and no seasoning. Very boring and not much to do. I had to leave the premises a few times. The staff were made aware that it was my bday and they stated that would decorate the room and do a banner on the door. Nothing was done. 1 elevator wasn’t working and they were made aware and...

「The hotel was clean, the staff was amazing, views were breathtaking, and the pools were amazing. I must say we were disappointed the lazy river was out of order and the hot tub was not working. The day of check in the elevator was out of order having to climb five flights of stairs ( not good). We got stuck in the elevator on our last night. Due to rain, the bathroom in the restaurant Zen had puddle of water. There are some things that needs to be more attention.」

「TOP TIER Birthday Experience! From the time I booked through Expedia until the moment I departed, my experience at Tiamo Beach Resort was TOP TIER! I spent two nights celebrating my birthday, and I truly felt special in every way. Check in was seamless, I was greeted with a delicious mocktail, and the staff went above and beyond to decorate my room with beautiful Happy Birthday touches. My room was spotless and comfortable, with hot water and a luxurious tub on the balcony overlooking the...

「Very cool place to stay. Very few minor issues, communication was great. Any real issue we had was not reflective on the property, if you ever drove in Jamaica roads are a little bit rough and the one going up to the property is a little rough but not impossible by any means. The view is amazing the place is clean and the AC in the bedroom works amazing. We had an issue with the gas for the stove, but that might have been more of a user issue than anything else. Everything else worked out fine.」

「Yes fabulous view Beautiful and tranquil Lorna was so welcoming and made us feel welcome! Would return again. 」
