“Staff was helpful and very friendly. I took my dogs with me and was not made aware of the fee of $75, but that was on booking not the hotel. I also did not get the room I requested because they had been overbooked by the booking agency. Once again, not the hotels fault. The hotel was clean and the room I got was clean and nice and fit what we needed. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Easy access to the back door for my puppies! ”

“Clean house, beautiful lakeview, The property owners, Jim and Wanda were very hospitable and are great people. My family and our friends loved it. They even brought a baby bed in for the youngest. They had plenty of dishes, seasonings, and extra stuff you always forget to bring. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Even though the owners live close by I didn't feel bothered at all. All of the neighbors were very polite and sweet. Also want to say how beautifully quiet it was there.……

“I traveled with my 4 kids and it was quiet and comfortable. They were remodeling but it was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Water was hot. The free breakfast was great and so was the pool. The staff was friendly. I would stay here again. ”

“We love this hotel and have stayed here several times. It’s always clean and comfortable. I love the vibes of this hotel. Our only problem was our room was charged for drinks from the bar that we did not order. I called the hotel and the girl we spoke with was very rude. She did end up removing the cost of the drinks, but did not remove the gratuity and other charges connected to those drinks. ”

“We loved our stay in The Pines cabin. The space was just what we needed for a price we could handle. The bed was VERY comfortable!! The only negative experience we encountered was that a storm came thru that night and the rain pinged off of the metal box of the A/C unit outside the window. It was sooo loud! As soon as the storm passed, we were able to go back to sleep. Not sure anything can be done, but it doesn't hurt to let someone know. All in all, we WILL be back again! Thank you!”
