I reserved for a couple nights - would’ve liked to know there would also be a robotics convention at the same time and zero quiet - people running through the halls all hours and even knocking on my walls and door accidentally thinking it was their friends room /// horrible experience!! 50 people at a time in both the “free breakfast” and the pool/ spa - definitely didn’t eat no where to sit crowded and extremely loud from 6am - overall- staff was nice - I wish I stayed somewhere else also charged one extra person on my second night went to correct but again toooooo many people

We stay here every year in April for a high school event. The hotel is always clean, the rooms are nice, and the continental breakfast is really good.

Great amenities at this property great breakfast loved having the laundry available having a pool and hot tub. That was also great. The only negative is there’s a male associate running the front desk in the morning hours, and during the day he should not be in customer service does not smile and that’s what you want when you walk through the door. The woman in the evening is excellent very accommodating. They upgraded my room because it was so dead. She was a peach. I love the property because it’s not right on Riverdale Road. It’s in the back you feel safe.

The hot tub was definitely hot enough. The pool was a little bit cool though could’ve been a little warmer. The female desk agent that greeted us upon arrival was amazing. The hotel was pretty dead so she upgraded us to a suite which was great the gentleman that was working the front desk during the day I believe should not be in customer service. He didn’t have a smile on his face the entire time he was not very accommodating. The breakfast was amazing. Also, you really get a lot for your money plus you’re off the main road with the location. I loved it.

I chose the Comfort Inn & Suites West Springfield for a special birthday weekend getaway, specifically looking forward to relaxing in the pool and hot tub area. While the front desk staff (particularly the lady at check-in) was incredibly kind and welcoming, I unfortunately cannot say the same for the rest of my experience.My stay was significantly impacted by a complete lack of supervision in the pool area. Throughout the weekend, there were groups of unattended children jumping in and out of the hot tub and running around the pool deck. Not only did this make it impossible to have the relaxing birthday experience I had paid for, but it felt like a major safety liability. As a guest, I didn't feel it was my place to act as a lifeguard or chaperone, yet there was no hotel staff presence to enforce the posted "adult supervision" rules. It’s a shame because the hotel has potential and the service at the desk was great, but the chaotic environment in the amenities I specifically booked for really ruined the occasion. I left feeling more stressed than when I arrived, which is disappointing for a milestone celebration. I had hoped for a much better experience from this Choice Hotels property.
