"Place was nice- rooms are not designed properly- only 1 night table, no drawer space, no pen or paper in room, VERY noisy, they provide earplugs but that did not work- room is small, bath vanity lights didn't work- Staff was really nice- not much shopping in hotel - sketchy area"

"A clean, comfortable place to spend the night and therefore a tremendous bargain. Older reviews mention a lot of problems that seem to have been addressed--I had no complaints. It's not a luxury experience by any means, but if you want a place to bed down without breaking the bank, book here."

"The room was spacious, clean, attractive and the parking was very convenient. The location was very good-lots of good restaurants, including the Red Rose, and a short drive to Baystate Medical Center. One negative: the room was very dark and there wasn't anything you could do about it. The bedside lamps were weak and there was no overheadighting."
