Enjoyed our stay, very comfortable. No breakfast the following morning as was promised. Property is well cared for but definitely is showing its age. Good overnight stay.

For the location, I thought it would be nicer.

We were there for an all state cheer event. Room was clean, front desk was polite but only 2 of the 6 elevators worked which caused long elevator wait times being the hotel was 100% booked. We also had a toilet that ran all night. Plus they shut off our key card for the room plus several others around 9am, if not before & check out wasn’t until 11am.

The only inconvenience was having to change rooms because first room was 80degrees and thermostat wouldn’t switch to a/c. Vivian was quick to address this issue and changed our room and personally delivered the new room key to us. She is an absolute asset to Wyndom. She is a fine example of hospitality.
