Wonderful winter stay!

We had a fantastic stay for Thanksgiving week! The house was immaculate and well-stocked, and the communication with the hosts was clear and friendly. We enjoyed playing in the yard and relaxing in the hot tub, and the layout of the house was perfect for our family. We loved our stay and hope to be back soon!

Perfect Long Weekend

Stayed at this place with a few friends for a long weekend in October and I have to admit it was nothing short of amazing! The house, inside & out, had everything we needed. The hot tub and paddle boat were a ton of fun and the game room is great for when it sprinkles and/or you want to stay up late. All in all a great experience and we will definitely be back soon!

Backyard Getaway

My Wife and I booked this house for a quick quiet “Honeymoon” as we just wanted a complete slow down for after the wedding and also wanted to bring the dog along! The backyard highlighted our stay as it should for everyone and it brought a beautiful sense of serenity. House was super clean, welcoming and had all the essentials you would need and if we needed ANYTHING the host was a text message away!

Great getaway spot.

We chose here (in January) because it was pet friendly and had a hot tub. We had everything we needed for our stay. 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, patio, grill, great view out to the back. For those with kids, most of the basement is a game room. Our dogs loved the property and the coziness of the house.We bet warmer weather is even better for groups and gatherings.Very nice host that communicated quickly with us.

Everything was perfect, the lodge is beautiful, clean and spacious. Hot tub in the back, firepit and we loved the game room in the basement. Will definitely come back when the weather gets better. Hosts were easy to access if we had too. Nothing negative to say at all

An absolute sanctuary!

My girlfriends and I take an annual weekend trip together. This year we decided to do something new and are glad we did. We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is beautiful, so private and very clean with such nice touches (s'mores ingredients on the counter, Keurig pods and shampoos in the showers). We enjoyed morning coffee and reading out in the yard, an evening hot tub soak and a walk around the property. We took a day trip to Grimes Glen and stopped at hollerhorn distillery which was delicious. We even saw a black bear on the far side of the pond while we were prepping dinner... So cool! Only critique is about the pillows, I don't love foam pillows they hurt my neck but I can always pack my own. The beds were very comfortable and the place was overall very cozy and felt like home, had everything we could have needed and more. Thank you! I'm sure we'll be back!

Amazing time. Our boys couldn’t get enough of fishing and swimming in the private lake. Ten minutes away we found zip-lines at Bristol, in Canandaigua theres a dozen great restaurants and breweries that made it a breeze to relax while our four boys spent the days wakeboarding, tubing, charter fishing, and hanging out a one day at “Roseland” a big water park. At the Lower end of that Lake is a little town, Naples, a quaint little town, absolutely beautiful with a handful of great wineries. We tried Inspire & Heron Hill and both were equally amazing. Mill Creek Cafe in Honeoye, has great coffee and their lunch menu is great! Papa Joes in Honeoye makes a pizza the size of a small car. Bass fishing is awesome at Honeoye and I can’t think of anything nicer to say about the people and pricing for boat rentals at Trident Marine. Our owners were super and easy to reach. The house was overstocked with everything you could need. We will definitely be back and will stay longer.

Best vacation experience

We had a fantastic time here! No need to leave the property - the kids had a blast in the pond and hot tub. When it rained, we had a great time in the game room basement. Home was clean and welcoming and easy to find whatever we needed. Kelly checked in periodically and was responsive to any questions. We have recommended the place to friends, and are looking forward to returning!

So comfortable

My family instantly felt at home! We were welcomed with chocolate and treats for our dog. Everything was clean and the beds were so comfortable they felt like someone was hugging you! We were already planning to come back before our vacation was even over. The kids loved the pond! They swam and fished all day! The hot tub was very relaxing and very well taken care of. I have no complaints and cant wait to return!

Vry nice property, Everything we needed was at hand. The owners were wonderful. Our only complaints were that the pots and pans in the kitchen could use replacing. Some had rust on the cooking surface. Also we stepped on lots of carpenter ants.

Great quiet get away for the family and dog

We loved our stay at the property and the hosts were very attentive. The binder helped us learn everything we needed to know for our stay. The pond was great for swimming and there was plenty of space for our dog to run outside. At night with the lights out, the stars were incredible. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. They kids are already asking for us to book it again for next year.

The property was absolutely breathtaking when you pull up there is it beautiful pond in the backyard with a peddle boat gas fire pit, woodburning fire pit, hot tub, and so much more even all the little details on the inside of the lodge were thought of by the owners who went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay we highly recommend staying at this property. We have already booked our next trip back.!

Peaceful Property with great swimming.

We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful Finger Lakes retreat! The house was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, but the real highlight was the beautiful pond. Our kids had an absolute blast swimming every day—it felt like our own private summer camp. My parents are big fans of wild swimming and said this was one of the best ponds they've ever swum in. The water was incredibly soft, like swimming through silk—it left all our skin feeling amazing. We also loved relaxing by the fire pit in the evenings and soaking in the hot tub. We didn't explore the area that much but Naples was great and the view from the overlook of Honeoye Lake nearby was incredible! Highly recommend!

Beautiful property!

This was a perfect place for our family- the kids loved the pond (fishing & floating on their tubes). We all enjoyed just hanging out on the back patio area, listening to the birds- it was so peaceful. Also, the hot tub was amazing and the beds are very comfortable! Room to roam

My families stay here in Springwater was just what we had hoped. A break from a long road trip with a chance to spend Memorial day weekend with our family. The property is so peaceful with enough to do right there that I never left the whole 4 days, while others explored the area by bike and headed out to a local winery. I must have thrown the baseball and frisbee 500 times to my grandson. The vast yard more than enough room for all. We ate meals out on the patio each night,and enjoyed the well set up fire ring. The hot tub is clean and well situated. We tried our darndest to catch some fish but they only mocked us. Maybe next time!! Thank you both for your interest in assuring we had a good time. We appreciate the care you take in owning this property.
