“Room was very clean and well lit. A/C worked great. The staff were very nice. The mattress was comfortable, but felt every move, which wasn't good. Room door & fridge door need work...get stuck easily. All in all, a very good stay with our pet!”

“Pool floor was dirty and there was a band aid floating in it. Continental breakfast was very bad...stale muffins, crusty microwaved sausage links. The floor in our room was dirty and in need of vaccuming. Receptionist seemed unfriendly and grumpy when asked questions about local events.”

“The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Angelique -she was amazing! Unfortunately, their got water heater wasn't working so we had COLD showers our entire stay. The carpets in the room and hallway were gross and desperately need shampooed or replaced with flooring other than carpet that does not hold smells!”

“We stayed because we needed enough room for 5, that was good. The building is old and alittle run down. First the door wouldn't open, we finally got it to open. We closed the door and needed something else from the car and the door wouldn't open. After several tries we finally got it open. The attendant had to come and take part of the threshold off the bottom of the door,so we could get in and out. I wouldn't stay there again.”

“We didn't end up staying there. Our room smelled like smoke, and the other rooms we were taken to also smelled like smoke and had a musty smell.”

“Looked ok by the photos but upon arriving, the location of this hotel was super sketchy, homeless people everywhere outside and did not feel safe for my family to stay at. Luckily Expedia was kind enough to help us cancel our reservation here and stay somewhere else!”

“To be honest, when I turned down the bed in our original room, there were a few baby spiders crawling around. I notified Grace, the agent at the front desk, and she immediately offered us another room. I appreciated this because she didn’t just make us wait while they changed the bed linen.”
