“The staff and host were very friendly and helpful. The location is about a 25 minute walk to the metro station. Excellent English breakfast. I highly recommend staying here.”

“Arrived at the property, the owner said the room was worth more than I paid and wanted more money from me. I said no. After phone calls for an hour I was told I could stay. The room was not worth what I’d paid, it was basic, dated and needs repairs and updating (loose bathroom tiles, leaking shower etc) When I book a room on a website at an agreed price, I don’t expect to turn up and the owner demand more money. I had to stay as I’d have lost my money but I won’t stay here again.”

“Lovely old building with smells of a proper English b&b”

“Decent size room, the bathroom floor was covered in hair which was disappointing. The room and amenities were fine, easily travelling distance to the Ally Pally”

“Cutlery althogh not used- dirty, bed horrible- no sleep ”

“The cost was just within my budget. Very basic & affordable. As a solo traveller, I felt safe and secure. You get what you pay for. I didn’t need to use the shared spaces. Would return 😊”

“Really enjoyed my recent stay at Nap Barnet. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the whole place had a relaxed, welcoming feel. The staff were great — really friendly and helpful throughout, which made the whole stay even better. The location is perfect — just off the High Street, so it's quiet at night but only a short walk to shops, cafes, restaurants, and High Barnet tube station. Great value for money and a solid choice whether you're passing through or staying a few……

“古式古香，民宿型旅館，近機場，步行一、二分鐘有巴士站。”

“Absolutely shocking the photos on the website are a fabrication. I was told I was staying in another property down the road which on approach was dark, overflowing bags of rubbish and the front door propped open by a fire extinguisher. The entrance and stairs were filthy and haven't been vacuumed for ages. Loose pills on the stairs, receipts, more rubbish and had to navigate over shoes, shopping bags, beer boxes and yet more rubbish. And this was before I got into the room. On entering, there……
