“I reserved our room for the 4th of July weekend and when we got to the hotel the desk clerk advised that the hotel manager canceled my reservation that morning and because I booked it through a 3rd party there was nothing that they could do! My family of four was devastated because we were far from home with no place to stay! I guess they were upset that I got a suite room for under $800 for two nights- I will never reserve a room with them again and I have told everyone that I know and will……

“The room was in nice clean shape and room was cool when we got there. It was well worth the money. Would highly recommend and will stay again. Even though it’s ocean view and not beach front, the view was amazing still. We loved it. Our car did get hit in the parking garage, but that’s a risk you take anywhere I suppose.”

“I booked a patio room. from the 3rd-10th the first night we got there, there were random candy’s and cereals just swept up on the baseboards. there was a crack in the wall in the bathroom and bugs kept crawling out of it . the tv didn’t work, and when sitting on the bed the box spring broke. the box spring itself was just very old. needed updated as well as the tv. the maintenance said it was too much of an issue to fix and moved us to another room. the new room was farther away from everything……

“The room was great and worth the price. The only negative thing I have to say is that the tub needed to be cleaned other than that everything was great. The free laundry was definitely a plus. The front desk staff was beyond amazing!”

“Upon checking in, I requested a cancellation for my second night. The front desk clerk informed me that because the booking was made through Expedia, I needed to contact them directly. I contacted Expedia immediately, but despite several attempts, they were unable to obtain a cancellation waiver from the hotel. Furthermore, my stay was highly unsatisfactory. The breakfast provided was poor, and multiple individuals were smoking cigarettes and marijuana right outside my door, causing the smoke……
