"Great price for Boca Grande with everything we needed. Quiet, easy parking. Front desk extremely friendly and communicative. Although they didn’t know it, we were there for a sad occasion, and front desk’s energy and kindness helped immensely. The room was very clean: I gave it four stars only because it smelled somewhat mildew at times. Room itself was very clean … think the bathrooms would benefit from fans. All told, though, this was a great find at a reasonable price on Gasparilla Island. "

"Our host Susan was nothing short of amazing! The house and pool and gardens were exactly as described and exactly what we needed them to be - literally a home away from home that catered to 3 different generations perfectly. Everything was sparkling clean and everything was in a place that made it easy to find.Susan left detailed instructions that were easy to follow as well as a detailed description of the Island making our stay streamlined and easy. We so appreciated how available she was and we truly hope to stay at her home on our next visit to Boca Grande. "
