I was looking for a place near the amphitheater but I was also looking for something close to the beach and this place was it! Cozy condo with all the basics. I would definitely stay here again!! This is one of the few places where I actually felt safe being there and walking down to the beach in the evening!

St Augustine in the Fall

Wonderful place to stay in St Augustine Beach. Quaint and apartment. Location was on great, the neighborhood quiet and safe, we loved this place. Note, unit is on 2nd FL, no elevator, those with physical limit will be challenged to rach

Excellent location - about 400-500 yards from the beach. Exceptionally clean! All appliances were in great shape. Most importantly - dog friendly but so clean you could never guess dogs have been staying there.

Great Location

The condo was just as explained. It was very quiet, clean and so close to everything you may want/need. The pool was rarely used and clean. We will definitely be back to stay here again.

The place was great. The only suggestions I have is better pillows, leave more towels out and maybe an extra blanket. Towels were very thin. The condo itself was very nice and comfortable

Great place to stay

I will stay there again. All around everything we needed was there. Close to great restaurants. Ocean was a 15 minute walk. I walk slow. Pet friendly. Quiet enough for us old people that go to bed at 10pm 😀

The condo was spotless clean and so was the pool ! We loved everything! The only issues were no coffee or hangers but great location clean and comfortable would definitely stay again.Thank you for the early check in.

Very nice condo. Close to beach ⛱️ and many very good dining options. The front door electronic lock was the only drawback. It took an average of 3 times to get it, and with your hands full it was a little trying.

Great location -- very clean

The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The only drawback for us was a very limited number of forks, spoons, etc. Also, if you are going to cook, bring your own large pot. But if cookng is not an issue, then all is good. The pool was very nice. However there is not a lock. Two days out of the six we used it, people just popped in. We knew they werent staying there as they discussed how nice it was not to have to worry about security.

More of an Apartment but clean

This felt more like an apartment building. No patio or balcony to enjoy the beach air. It was clean, beds were comfortable. Kitchen is poorly stocked. The air struggled to work and it was only 75/80 outside. It was a good location, close to everything. The beach access was closed , not the owners fault but it made it more of a challenge to go to beach.

The property was nice and mostly easy to access. We were glad that our condo, (23) was right near the pool. The condo itself was cute and had all of your necessities. Even included beach chairs. The only things i have negative to say are the following : The property manager needs to have the numbers on the sides of the building darker and in a different location. Coming in at night we could not see them at all so with our Gps telling us that it was the first group to the right we about tried to get in someone elses condo until we actually got up to the building and looked up and noticed the numbers. Oops. As for the condo it was clean and had everything we needed however the bathroom connecting to the second bedroom your shower rod needs to be changed when we got there the rod and curtain where laying in the tub do to the right bracket not being in the wall and was attempted to be held up by plumbers putty....which of course did not work (its not strong enough for starters) it looked terrible and should have been fixed before we got there. Besides that it was a great stay thankyou.

Will never book with Vacasa

This was the worst rental experience of my life. I will never rent with this host and I highly recommend no one else does either. Their policies are predatory and they operate like a corporation - only in it for the money. Property- second floor, stair access only. The entryway is extremely narrow, made more narrow ( like 18 inches) due to chairs placed on the narrow balcony. At first glance, the property is fine. Bathrooms smell moldy, kitchen is poorly stocked. But it has wifi - that you have to log onto about every 3 hours. Two queen beds - with absolutely zero support. One bedroom the mattress felt firm to touch, but laying in it I just collapsed. It was extremely noisy and unsteady. Second bed was very soft, but im pretty sure its filled with air, not springs. Again, laying on it, even sitting on the side, it just collapsed. Mold smell was made worse by taking showers. A/c barely worked despite it being rainy and in the high 70s during our trip. Location was fine, maybe a 10 min walk to the beach. Traffic is horrific on the main road to/from the condo. I would not stay here again because of the beds, even if the host was decent.

Great Location!

Fantastic location to the beach, nearby neighborhood park, immediately adjacent to the complex pool that is super quiet, great walking trail along Pope Road. Perfect location for families with kids that want to walk to adventures!
