Downtown historic St. Augustine

Property was well listed and described. In the heart of the historic district and in walking distance to all main tourist sites. Very clean and well stocked. As stated, there are restaurants and bars that are open and play music until midnight on the weekend so it can be loud until then. Overall an amazing place to stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in historic downtown. The location couldn’t be more perfect—steps away from great restaurants, shops, and everything the area has to offer. The apartment and communication with the host were excellent. The location is right in the heart of downtown on a lively street, which we loved. The balcony (with a little peek of the water) was a perfect spot to relax between strolling the streets and exploring St. Augustine. Definitely recommend!

The property itself is in a great location. Great view from the balcony, even a glimpse of water. The actual parking is a couple blocks down which was the only negative I have, but they work with what they have and my vehicle was fine during our stay. Walking distance to everything was amazing! Great communication with managment. We would recommend this property for future guests.

Historic Fun

We really enjoyed the house and its location. It was great for walking to see all the historic sites and taking the tours. Food and drinks are all within walking distance as well as the bay. We enjoyed heading out in the early morning to watch the sunrise over the bay. Parking was a little inconvenient since it was down the street. Make sure to unload all your belongings at the gate before you park. Over all it was a great time in a great city!

This rental was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t be better—close to everything we needed, with amazing views and easy access to local attractions. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Just a little loud if you are a light sleeper but it didn’t bother us. We felt right at home the entire stay. Highly recommend and would definitely book again!

Downtown St Augustine

We had the best time. The rooms were clean and decorated so nicely. Loved the magnifying mirror in the bathroom. Great location too. There is noise from nearby bands. We used our sound canceling ear pods and that took care of it for us. I also had a few lightweight dresses that I hung up in the back window for a little more privacy. Loved the gated entrance - it felt so safe. The parking is not close - you will have to drop off at the gate and then go park.
