Super stay close to a lovely beach

A wonderful place to stay in the Saint Augustine area. Beautiful and quiet and close to the sea. We loved the apartment and had great and quick aid from the host whenever we had any questions.

We loved this property! Everything was clean and the unit has a direct ocean view. Well equipped and central to all things St. Augustine. We’d definitely rent again here!

Great Rental

Clean, spacious, close to the beach, lots of kitchen wear which is VERY convenient! 5 min walk to the beach and very close to the St Augustine downtown. Highly recommended!

Great Stay

We were in town for a wedding over the weekend. The location of the house was perfect. Great ocean view and very short walk to the beach. The inside was very clean and nicely decorated. The owner, Lauren was very sweet. Check in on us and answered all of our questions! Will definitely come back for a longer stay!

Family Weekend Together

We enjoyed our weekend stay. The condo was clean and comfortable and had all of the cooking items that we needed. We are next to the pool and my grandson enjoyed many hours playing there.

Great stay

Condo was clean and fully equipped. All new plush bath and bed linens. Short walk to beach and close to the pools. Beach area was beautiful. Air condition worked great! Any questions were answered promptly. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

St. Augustine

The location at the beach was excellent. It was close to many good restaurants and a short drive to old town St Augustine. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. So well stocked there was little pantry room for dry goods. Not a big issue but should be considered for longer stays. The heated pool and jacuzzi were very nice. Overall this is an older complex but is being maintained. We enjoyed our stay there.

The condo was nice. There were several things that need improvement: they need to provide more washcloths, the bathrooms are really small, the shower needs something on the tile because it’s very slippery, they need a couch instead of just a loveseat in the living room.

Wonderful stay

We had such a great stay! View and location was awesome. The heated pools and hot tub were relaxing. The master bed was so comfortable, everything clean. Communication with the property manager was A+ she even checked to see if we needed anything in the midst of our stay. Grocery store was 5 minutes away. Historic St. Augustine was 20 minutes away. A short walk to the beach with soft sand. If anything could be a little better, blinds or curtains in the kitchen for additional privacy would be nice as well as some black out curtains in the master bedroom and full size sofa in the living room. I would book this condo again in a heartbeat.

Can't beat the location! A barefoot walk to the beach and a few minutes' drive to historic tours and sightseeing. Lauren is a delightful hostess, too.

The facility was fantastic, clean and well organized with EVERYTHING we could have needed for our four day stay. The easy access to the beach was great and the facility had quick access to a number of great restaurants. We look forward to coming again.

Quick Getaway

This place was the best "bang for buck" place we have ever rented. The location was fantastic, the condo was very clean and neat, and Lauren was very responsive to all of my questions. Would definitely recommend :)
