This place had EVERYTHING we could ask for. It was cute, convenient, and comfortable. The outdoor space was lovely, the rooms were well appointed and comfortable, the living area was cosy and nice, and the kitchen had everything we needed and was quite spacious. The bathrooms were nicer than mine at home! And it was so clean! And so close to everything we wanted to do. Even the parking was easy! Would both recommend AND stay again! Delighted to have found this place.

The house is so cute - we really loved the rental itself. Parking leaves a little to he desired, as the only options are to park on the street or at McDonalds. The street is very narrow, and it wasn't the quietest location. However if that isn't a concern for you, then it's a great place to stay for a few days.

The property is very nice on inside as described. When we first drove by it was questionable. Neighboorhood looked sketchy. But i do not believe it was. We walkef the probable 4 blocks to the tram stop. It was quiet at nights. Beds very comfortable. The only negative was coffeeee single cup maker did not work. But McDonalds is next door so the only coffee drinker did fine. We will use again if possible and recomend.

We enjoyed this cute cottage. Walking distance to main area of downtown St Augustine. Golf cart rentals just down the street, Ripleys just a 10 minute walk. The backyard is perfect for enjoying a drink, b-b-q and a game of corn hole! We recommend it!

My fiancé and I absolutely loved this place. It was so clean and the colors were bright and welcoming. It was spacious and felt like home. The amenities were so nice, and the backyard was so cool! The host was immediately available via phone to help us with check-in. And to be honest, having a McDonalds in walking distance was a bonus!

This property was very nice for a small family. The only thing I found lacking was the second bath. The shower is in terrible shape. It definitely needs to be replaced. The master bath was wonderful with a huge shower. It was in a good location as well.

I found the rental to be a bit pricey for the location and interior. It its cute though. I had to park in the McDonald's parking lot each night. Could use some updating. Fan in one room didnt work. Looks a bit more worn out than in the pictures.
