This bright, two-bedroom condo is waiting to welcome you to carefree coastal living on the shores of St. Augustine Beach. Boasting ocean views and direct beach access from the complex, you'll have paradise right in your backyard. In addition to a prime, beachside location, the complex offers two sparkling swimming pools, one of which is heated.

Inside, you'll find a two-story interior featuring a split layout with household living areas on the main floor and upstairs bedrooms offering guest privacy. Showcasing inviting coastal decor, the main floor comes well-equipped with a full kitchen, ample dining space, and an attractive living area with sofa seating and a smart TV. A sliding glass door leads out to a furnished, lower-level lanai complete with a patio set. Primary guests will enjoy private access to an upstairs balcony. Essential amenities include central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and high-speed 'boost' WiFi.

This condo is just seven miles from the heart of historic St. Augustine, boasting attractions like the famous 17th-century Spanish fort, Castillo de San Marcos. You'll also find living history exhibits, scenic nature trails, lighthouses, and plenty of tranquil beaches. There's no shortage of superb restaurants offering locally sourced seafood on their menus, and there's outlet shopping near Highway 95 if you need to indulge in a little retail therapy. From ghost tours to historical reenactments to gorgeous old-world architecture, you'll find no end of fun and excitement in the oldest city in the Nation's Oldest City.

Beautiful View

This home is beautifully decorated, comfortable, has everything that you may need on vacation and the view is beautiful. - However, upon arrival the AC was set to 77 degrees! The thermostat was a new model that we were not familiar with. (there were no operating instructions) - We had received a text from Lisa (the property manager), who said to text her if we has any problems. I texted her and she NEVER REPLIED! In her text there was a number to call customer service. I called & explained the situation. They said they would have to call me back. They called back but still had no instructions to operate the thermostat. And said someone would call w/instructions. - However, my husband had found a YouTube video and was able to set the thermostat to a more comfortable setting. - Also, a CS rep called me the NEXT DAY with instructions for the AC? He said he had to call the owner. This was our first time using VRBO/VACASA.
