"Beds are very comfortable, large pool and not very cold, very hot hot tub! Great breakfast options and well stocked! Only thing I would ask for is little better supervision in the pool area as it got pretty busy with it being a dance competition weekend and a lot of jumping and running around and was very unsafe for smaller children. "

"Room was nice and clean, pool was very cold and hot tub was not very warm and very small and didn’t have many breakfast options to choose from. Lastly if you like hard firm beds this would be great for you however I do not and thought it was awful but, that’s what you get for staying at hotel too just thankful it was clean and staff were nice 😊 "

"Flannel bottom sheet and cotton top sheet. Flannel was pilled. Metal items were rusted. Tub was gross. Carpet was stained. Someone vacuuming or running some machinery at 10:30 PM. Outdoor sign advertises pool with water slide but pool was out of commission. The staff was nice. "

"My room was not fit to be used. Terrible patch work on the wall as well as a rotten subfloor right next to the window that they tried to cover up which was also right by the heating unit. What made it more disturbing is that I was on the 3rd floor of this hotel. 100% will never even consider staying at this hotel. "

"Location is a mile or more outside the downtown area, in the heart of strip malls, shopping and restaurants. It is off the main roads enough to avoid the noise, but about a block from the intersection of two major routes. Parking is right in front. This facility is older but decently maintained. Our room was warm, clean, everything in working order, and had a coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. Staff at the front desk was cheerful, friendly and could advise and provide directions to various restaurants and attractions. We felt completely safe."

"Our room temperature was 65 degrees at check in late in the evening. No response when front desk was called. Next morning it was 58 degrees. Front desk response was "I'll make a note for the manager when he comes in." No maintenance response. The body wash dispenser was empty. There was debris in the kitchenette sink."

"Our stay at this Quality Inn was overall much better than another hotel we had previously booked in the area. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is excellent — close to restaurants, shopping, and other conveniences. It is also connected to House of Pizza, and guests receive a 10% discount, which was a nice bonus. The only issues we experienced were related to noise. Around 12:30 a.m. on Saturday night, there was a loud disturbance in the hallway involving someone screaming, which woke me up. Then during checkout in the morning, there appeared to be a disagreement between employees at the front desk that was also quite loud. Aside from those incidents, the stay was positive overall, and I would consider staying here again because of the cleanliness, convenience, and location."
