Beautiful home
We enjoyed our stay so much. It was wonderful being directly on the ocean and enjoyed watching the Dolphins. The house was very clean and very well stocked. I was impressed with the quality of cookware. Everything was in perfect condition. We loved swimming in the pool. It was the perfect temperature. This house is in a great location in St. George Island. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location. House could use some TLC. Sheet rock repair in upstairs bedrooms. Interior and exterior paint. New exterior doors and latches. Deck paint. Exterior pressure washing of siding.

YES, we would stay here again
We could not have asked for a better location although the property is in need of a few repairs and a little paint (outside) we had a great time. Just a few things to be aware of, the stairs leading up to the main deck (front door) are hard to see at night coming down so just watch that last step as it blends in with the landing. The rail on the main deck facing the gulf can come out of the bracket so PLEASE don't lean on it or you could end up on the lower deck. There is not a propane grill as stated so make sure if you plan to grill out to take charcoal with you. the bunk room, there is not much space to put close or other belongings for 7 people for 7 days so it was a total mess the whole stay but the kids didn't mind it to much. Even with these issues we would definitely stay here again and again. The dolphin shows every morning with my coffee and in the evening, AWESOME. The sandy beach and the pool (yes please) were amazing. Overall a great vacation and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We just wish we could have stayed longer.
