「The staffs are very polite and helpful, the place and the room is very clean. Location is perfect. Check in and check out is smooth and organized. Theres a welcome drinks upon check in. When you request for towels or other stuff, even if it is midnight, they are quick to provide. The club lounge us all worth it.」

「Never received anything for being a VIP member and if you wanted water they charge $4 a bottle crazy They wanted $40 for valet parking but you can park on the street for free right on property 」

「The style of the decoration is excellent. And it is very close to the art museum. If you ride bikes, it takes you 5 minutes to get to the museum and the lakeside walk. 」

「Got the romantic sweet but they had portable air conditioners that could not cool the room off. Other rooms had real air conditioners but not this romantic suite. when telling front desk it was hot we were offered a fan that didn’t do much. Parking prices were outrageous compared to what you already payed for hotel room. All to come back and find no parking. They had a strip of parallel parking behind building, however there is no turn around and can barely get in regularly and almost hit my car...

「Ordered some food that I had to pick up myself from the restaurant downstairs and there was an eight dollar service fee that no one can tell me why it was added. Finally got an answer from the manager that was not a realistic answer and took way too much time to get it removed very frustrating. It was not room service brought up to the room. I had to go get my own food. why would you charge me a service fee?」

「$20 for parking unless you park on the street. There trying to upgrade this property but it does not like other Wyndham properties. Staff are kind breakfast was like other hot breakfasts. This is a noisy property so be prepared for that, I did not sleep well at all and let them know that. Apartments nearby and a concert hall nearby create the noise.」

「We just got back from a lovely relaxing stay at the muse guesthouse. Myself and wife spent 2 nights here and was so well looked after, we was greeted at arrival with a glass of Sangria and snacks. Tea ,Coffee and beverages available all day, Breakfast very nice and plenty of it, sets you up for most of the day, Being British they even made me a very tasty full English breakfast. We visited the Harley Davidson museum and downtown Milwaukee ,lots of shops ,restaurants and bars, really enjoyed...

「My stay was very good. The owners were great. Off street parking. Breakfast was always fresh and tasty. This is a great place to stay. Not far from any of the Milwaukee attractions. I will be back!」

「Whole mansion is in a Victorian Style. Owner puts some much effort and passion in this place. Definitely should spend some time with him. The breakfast was wonderful. They even have some options for guest to choose. However location is a bit far from downtown and some of the decoration and photos could a little bit creepy when you have to pass them during night especially when there isn't many guests in the house. Besides there was no elevator should just avoid bringing big and heavy luggage.」
