"I was pleasantly surprised with how clean the room was. I felt like I was receiving 5 star service from the moment I checked in. Everyone was so nice and would send daily texts checking on whether I needed anything which was very thoughtful. The property is an older property but very well kept. It's about a 20 minute walk to the historic district. There is a busy road that you have to cross but once you get past that it's a pleasant walk through through a beautiful neighborhood. The only issue I had was that both the Jacuzzi and bath tub were lukewarm at best, but neither of these were a biggie. Highly recommend!"

"William the desk agent at night was nothing but rude , disrespectful and unprofessional. The elevator was inoperable and the cleaning ladies in the morning were very loud and obnoxious"

"Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, lovely views of the marina. Spacious rooms and wonderfully located in St. Augustine."

"Parking is only valet at this hotel. Also, breakfast is only okay. Not the best, not the worst. Staff is great. Room is very clean; however I did notice the tub was quite slippery. I'm an older person so it did cause a concern. Would stay again, however, and proximity to historic downtown is close. "

"Food was very good . Staff very friendly and made you feel welcome. Our only drawback was the bathroom very small no where to put your toiletries . Beautiful property. Especially loved beach access for morning sunrise and getting to see osprey nest on property. "
