“False advertising it was nothing like the add claim”

“When we pulled the sheets back to lay down, the sheets were stained. When I told the front desk about it, they handed me a clean set of sheets and never offered to have house cleaning replace them.”

“Overall the stay was very pleasant, the room was spacious and clean, everything in the room function properly! The staff very nice and helpful! I would definitely use this hotel again!”

“I booked this listing 2 months ago. I have used Expedia for flights & stays a lot in the past, so was not hesitant to use again. I never received any emails or messages about check-in procedures. Second clue this was a false listing was I could not find the property. The address number did not exist, it lead me to a different address. The listing outside picture did match the address, so I stopped. There were several ladies going into the property, so I asked them about their stay. They said……

“My service dog had so much fun and a clean yard to play. It was very nice and close to Boudin Fest and other places ”

“Unfortunately, our experience was very negative. We arrived to a home that was not clean and dirty sheets on beds. There was also a problem with the bathroom sink leaking which had made a mess ”
