The room was clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was comfortable had a great nights sleep. The hotel is one of my favorite places to stay

The staff was the best part of the stay! And the cleaning staff were friendly! But my room was only cleaned once and when I requested new towels never got them! Downtown area of STL filled with lots of homeless people so the hotel was fully guarded with security that is a very telling sign that the ...
