I am sorry, I have dropped my opinion of this beautiful property which I have stayed at several times in the last 2 years. I have planned to stay for a few more trip in the year, but will be changing to a more FULL-SERVICE 5-star hotel that cares about customers and their experience first and foremost. And also to one who management cares about a guests concerns in a timely manner. They have a 5-star property with the management mindset of a 3-star property.
