“The room was clean, but the overall living space was not what I expected. The other rooms in the house were occupied upon my arrival. The shared spaces i.e. the kitchen and bathroom need to be updated. The house is an older style home, bathroom doors didn’t lock. Water took long to heat after multiple people used the shower. I had a reservation for three days…I didn’t stay one, I got a hotel room. ”

“The room was freezing. The house part was being heated by the gas range being on both the oven and two top burners. Which I think is pretty illegal. Once I turned those off, I smelled gas so someone had to come out and check that the unit wasn't leaking. The instructions say that the house had heat all you had to do is turn it on that ended up not being true. I had to get a radiator from an empty room to use in my room and I had to leave for a few hours while the room warmed up. It was that……

“We traveled a long distance to the area and hadn't slept in over 24 hours, upon contacting the host we were permitted early check in which was greatly appreciated. The accommodations were nice, especially for the price. The access to the property was a bit odd, but once we found it, it wasn't a problem. The only issue was the lack of power outlets... “This property is not set up to wow or accommodate the adult guests. Come on, one of the most important values about any stay are the beds and the linen's. The linen’s were mis matched, the towels were thin. The shower curtain was a very thin clear vinyl, everything about this place is old, which I don’t mind if it didn’t smell musty and is well preserved.We spent very little time here because it wasn’t a place that was in good condition. They clearly do not check the maid service as the……

“Great location. Wonderful accommodation and space. Very comfortable, quiet, and peaceful but within walking distance to anything one would want to do in the city.”

“All in all the place is great, no complaints. Full of little quirks though: you can absolutely find places with a lot more space in the same price range and general area.A few things to note which don't appear in the listing:- "no hidden fees" except insurance (or a 3 grand deposit for which the host has no accounting duty)- the pictures you see is the entirety of the living space, there is nothing else; that means close to zero counter space, two folding tray tables, and yes it's a Murphy bed-……
