located on one of the most peaceful parts of Bugibba, Bright & spacious 83sqm apartment situated on the 3rd floor with lift.Surrounded with bars & restaurants.Few meters away from the promenade and Perched beach & 1.2km from Ta Xama bay. The square is set 350m away where you can also find a water park. Clubs like Bora Bora ,Cafe del Mare and The National Aquarium can be found 280m and 1.5Km respectively.
The apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms on each side both with balconies with long sea views, one of them with A/C. In the centre of the apartment you will find a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, microwave, gas hob & toaster. In the living room one can find a led TV with basic cable channels and sofa bed which can accommodate the 5th person.Small laundry with an automatic washing machine . A bathroom with bath.
