Located in Madeira Beach city center, a very walkable area where you'll find restaurants, pubs, boat rentals, live entertainment, shopping, and the beach, offering a lot to keep you busy. Or you can simply relax and take in the beautiful scenery of the Gulf, Boca Ciega Bay, parks and harbor. With two assigned garage parking spaces, this 4th floor condo is easy to access and includes a beach cart, umbrella, chairs, cooler, and towels for your short walk to the beautiful coast!

This building was constructed in 2022 and has become a favorite location with both repeating vacationers as well as full-time residents. It overlooks a harbor and marina with access to Boca Ciega Bay, and is centrally located providing quick access to numerous beaches and activities including the ever popular John's Pass, only 1.5 miles away. Madeira Beach is well known for its beauty, and is only a 0.2 mile walk.

There is also a transit system (Suncoast Beach Trolley) that travels from Clearwater to St Pete beach. Boating and water sports are available, and there are many opportunities to include these in your stay. Contact us for possible boat slip/lift rental.
This is a privately owned condo, designed to give you a clean, comfortable space for your personal comfort. It is not a hotel or resort experience. Although we ensure a thorough cleaning after each guest departs, please note that daily maid service and linen changes are not provided. However, the condo is equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience as well as basic cleaning supplies for use during your stay. If you would like to arrange cleaning during your stay at an additional cost, we are happy to connect you with a service. In addition, a start-up set of basic essentials is included (trash bags, dishwashing soap) which are not replenished during your stay. The unit does come with kitchen utensils, pots/pans, dishes etc., towels, and bed linens.

EV Chargers: Two electric vehicle charging stations are provided in the secure garage, available on a first come first serve basis. A limited number of visitor spaces are available within the secure parking garage and a FOB is required to access. There is no visitor parking outside, however there are city pay lots a half a block away.

When staying in a SunHost managed unit you will also have access to 7 days a week office staff, office services (copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person.

Johns Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden. You can access the Pass via the beach by traversing under John's Pass Bridge or any of a number of safety crosswalks. Approximately 1.5 miles south of Shores of Madeira.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area.
