Good Place, gpod location

Checkin wasnt until 330pm but place was good. Clean, a bit dated but overall adequate. AC very noisy but not needed at night. Overall good stay.

nice basic place to stay, room was clean. The landscaping needs attention, but the outside areas were clean, parking convenient. Two bocks to the beach. The updates to the old motel are good. Unfortunately the blinds let in too much light at night, bring a sleep mask !

One night stay

Quick one night in Clearwaters north beach which is more locals and quieter. Location of this resort is perfect! Comfortable clean quiet and walking distance to a few great places. I would stay here again 😊

Perfect place & walking distance to everything!

Absolutely perfect place to stay! Anna was kind enough to to upgrade our room to face the water. Very well lit area, very spacious & clean! Just outside of the hustle & bustle of the crowded shopping area but well within walking distance to everything. We literally walked everywhere and it helped with all the great restaurants we ate at. The beach was just across the main street & wasn’t crowded at all at the end we were at. We will definitely be back and will book with Anna again for sure!

Quintessential North Clearwater Beach Getaway

This 1BR is in the Old School area of Clearwater Beach. Clean, comfortable beds, nice towels and everything works. Has the vibe of Clearwater 40 years ago. Not set up for major cooking or dining, but great for coffee in the morning. Walk to practically everything. Uber to the South if you want to dine in the high-rise resort restaurants.

Perfect Getaway

We loved this property! Great location, clean, simple, budget-friendly! Parking was close and 1 car is free. There is a little kitchenette which will also save you money because you can cook lots of meals here. The bed was comfortable. If you love simplicity and older motels with a modern twist you'll love it here. The only complaint was that the towels and bed sheets smelled heavily of fabric softener which isn't always good for people with sensitive lungs. The room is bright too because of an outside light which might bother some. We were fine. A broom or Swiffer would have been helpful in the closet. All in all, I would definitely stay again! It was so worth saving money compared to the expensive hotels in the area! Cute place!
