Sea Breeze Unit #2 is a new construction 4 bedroom/2 bathroom unit that accommodates 10 guests. The location is spot on! Views of the beach and only a few minutes walk to Indian Shores Beach without crossing a busy street. Bring the family and friends to relax. Sit on the balcony and enjoy the view of the beach while having a tropical beverage. The kitchen is well equipped for staying in and making meals, lounging in the living room, and watching a movie! There is a beach locker room that has everything you'll need including beach chairs, a cart, an umbrella, and a cooler. Make memories and enjoy your vacation!

*This unit is on the 1st floor. The ground floor is parking. There is NO elevator.

**Attention: September 10th, 2025, Pinellas County began an important beach nourishment project. The project is scheduled out per each City and they have listed open and closed beach access points while they work on the project. For open accesses, please visit: Pinellas.gov/projects/2025-pinellas-county-beach-nourishment-project/

Indian Rocks Beach: October – December 2025

Please understand that this schedule is out of our control and that noise can be expected while work is ongoing. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this causes, and we appreciate your understanding as the county helps to improve our beaches after the 2024 hurricanes.**

Kitchen: Stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, and drip coffee maker. Basic dishes and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.

Dining Area: Table and 6 chairs, 4 bar chairs

Living Room: Sofa Sleeper (Queen size), loveseat, coffee table, smart TV, ceiling fan, and sliding door to the balcony.

Balcony: Dining table with 6 chairs, sitting area with 2 chairs and loveseat.

Bedroom #1: King-size bed, smart TV, dresser, ceiling fan, patio doors to balcony, a pack-n-play in the closet, and an en-suite bathroom.

Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Walk-in shower and single vanity. No tub.

Bedroom #2: King-size bed, ceiling fan, 2-night tables.

Bathroom #2: Single vanity and separate room with shower/tub combo and toilet.

Bedroom #3: Queen-size bed, 2 night tables, and ceiling fan.

Bedroom #4: Queen-size bed, 2 night tables, and ceiling fan.

Beach Locker: 8 beach chairs, beach cart, cooler, and umbrella.

*This property is separate from the yellow building closest to the beach and does not share amenities with that property. This property does not have a pool and does not have private beach access. Please use the public beach access on 199th which is just a 2-minute walk!

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Parking: This unit provides 2 parking spaces. Parking is limited and there is NO guest parking.

Within the quaint town of Indian Shores, you will find some of the best local restaurants, ice cream shops, coffee shops, and local beachwear shops as well as fiery sunsets. Just 19 blocks long, it is known for its friendly atmosphere, pristine beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife. It is home to the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the US. Just to the North is the cute town of Indian Rocks Beach featuring many local shops and stops. Mc Gough Nature Park is just over the main bridge, Walsingham Bridge and the park features wildlife such as owls, bald eagles, hawks, turtles, and more. Walking trails, playground with zipline, shelter houses, and restrooms. Local orange store Yellowbanks is just up the road from this park, it has Florida-grown citruses, juices, and fresh orange ice cream. The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney are just two hours away.

Family reunion

This location was great! We wish it was warmer the weekend we were there so we could have used the beach stuff, but such is life. I really don’t have many complaints other than the pillows were not good and more bath towels would be nice. Some small items need to be replaced/fixed (the coffee table glass wobbled because it was missing 3/4 pads, etc.). Overall, a lovely place and location and I would recommend it!

Excellent property with a minimal walk to the beach. Great amenities and easy walk to many places to eat and drink. Parking was fine but needs a bit of cooperation from the other two units. On negative is little noise suppression from unit above which makes it a little noisy. Excellent communication from host and would absolutely stay again

A Getaway with the kids and their friends

We spent for nights in the condo and had a wonderful time. Its a short walk to the and just under an hour to Busch Gardens. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and the grocery store was very convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and won't hesitate to stay there again.

Fully equipped vacation rental

The property is very clean and newly renovated. The location is within walking distance to the beach. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could ask for. We have young children so we prefer to order out or home cook meals so this is definitely my favorite part about this house. There are plenty of towels and they have provide many travel size shampoos/conditioner and body wash for guests. The only small difficult part is parking but everything else has made up for it. Great place to stay. Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful unit in a Quaint Town

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit is very nice, clean, and well-appointed. Everything that we needed was there. The driveway and how you have to park is tight though, but we were driving a suburban, so just be aware it is tight. There were only two disappointing things 1) not having access to the beach from directly behind the unit. It appears it is probably the same owner (maybe not) and that they could do an access gate right beside the yellow unit. We did not like having to walk down the street to the public access. The description for the unit just says a short walk which I took to mean you had to walk past the unit in front of it, not down the street. The second disappointing thing was that in such a beautiful, spacious unit, the master bathroom had the TINIEST of showers and small countertop!! There was no room to put toiletries. There is PLENTY of room in the bathroom for a normal-size shower in this bathroom. It almost seems like an afterthought even to put in the shower. I'm not a large person either...130 lbs, so if you're much bigger, I'd take a shower in the hall bathroom. My very pregnant daughter-in-law could not function in it. This was not enough to give a lower rating, but I felt it warranted at least mentioning it so that others know what to expect. I'd stay again as it was a very nice unit and very clean. The town is very cute, the restaurants we visited were delicious, and the ice cream shop is a must-stop...70 flavors of ice cream!
