Unit 504

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this unit is excellent. The cleanliness is another story. Furniture and appliances are extremely worn out and dirty. Refrigerator/freezer are rusty and drippy inside. Living room furniture is filthy. Duct work/furnace/ac is visibly thick with dust and needs thoroughly cleaned. There is a sour/damp odor every time the ac unit comes on. Ac unit is on patio and makes horribly loud noise when running so it’s hard to used the patio all the time. Window blinds need replacing...some slats are missing and very dusty. Dust hanging from ceiling and fan blades. If it wasn’t for the location, it would have been a total bust, especially for the price we paid.
