Relaxed family vacation

Truly enjoyed our time at Madeira Bay Resort. The apartment is very convenient with 3 separate bedrooms, each having its own full bathroom. Great balcony connecting the master bedroom with the living room. Literally a minute from the beach.

Nice week at the beach

We enjoyed staying steps from the beach. The condo itself was very clean and we loved the porch overlooking the harbor. Hot tub was very hot and pool was clean.

This Place is Awesome!!!

The views from this Condo are stunning. The rooms are large and clean as can be. So close to John's Pass and other walkable things like the beach directly accross the street. If I am forunate enough I will get a chance to rent it again next year at the same time!!!

Easy walk to the beach

The walk to the beach was so quick and easy, especially with the crosswalk directly outside of the resort doors. The clothing racks in each room made drying laundry SO much easier! The balcony was pretty narrow, but just big enough to sit in a chair and enjoy the beautiful weatherm

Choice property in many ways

Beautiful 2bedroom condo, perfect for our family of 5. Kitchen was very well stocked with all utensils. As well as many extras such as dish and laundry soap. Ideal location to walk to public beach and John's pass. Communication with the owners was superb at all stages and also resort employees very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this condo and we hope to return.

Wasn’t what it seemed.

When we booked this rental there was nothing about the pool being closed. It wasn’t until I went to look at the listing again about two weeks before we left for vacation that I noticed the listing had that the pool would be closed until July 5. The pool was still no where near being done when we left on the 7th. Not to mention only one elevator worked they put a ticket on our car while we were trying to check in to get our car tag. Not to mention there was water all over the floor in their little lobby by the elevators only one elevator worked. We tried to reach out to the property group asking for some help to the fact that we stayed in a rental that wasn’t what we were told it was going to be. The couch that was supposed to fold out had like less than an inch of a mattress the top bunk bed in the other room felt like it was going to fall off we barely had any hot water in any of the fixtures. The closets and the entire dresser in the master bedroom had padlocks on them so they were unusable so instead we had to live out of our suitcases on the floor. This listing should not be a premier host when it was time for us to check in I had to call multiple people panicking because we had no access code to the condo we had no information about anything. We will not be using this condo again.

Amazing stay

This place was very clean, comfortable beds and best of all great location. We loved being able to walk to John’s Pass to all the shops and restaurants. And the beach is just across the street!!

Condo was very nice and clean. The only thing was we couldn’t reach the property manager. I contacted the number left in the email for check-in several times. Other then that was a great location and condo.

Great location!

Very nice condo with an excellent location! Lots to do within walking distance. Beach across the street. We didn’t get to use beach due to Red Tide, but thank goodness for a wonderful place to stay.
