Dining Room/Kitchen: Enhance your dining experience with a spacious table for six and a well-equipped kitchen featuring a Keurig coffee station, blender, toaster, and plenty of cookware. Enjoy meals with a beautiful view from the Florida Room overlooking the pool area. 🥭

Primary Bedroom & Bathroom: This spacious bedroom is ideal for restful sleep or afternoon naps, featuring a king-sized bed, two nightstands, a dresser, and ample natural light. A walk-in closet with hangers and a bathroom with a stand-up shower and amenities like shampoo, conditioner, a hairdryer, and Q-tips for convenience are included. 🌿

Bedrooms Two and Three: Relax in these charming bedrooms equipped with queen-size beds, nightstands, luggage racks, hangers, an iron and ironing board, and soothing natural light, ensuring a cozy and stress-free stay in a comfortable environment. 🐚

Hallway Bathroom: Step into this spacious bathroom featuring a tub and a stand-up shower, conveniently located near the FL Room and yard. Enjoy amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a blow dryer, and Q-tips, providing a tranquil space to relax and rejuvenate at your own pace.🌴

💦 HEATED POOL SEASONALLY FOR A SMALL EXTRA DAILY FEE: Oct 15th → May 1st. The temperature is set to 80°/85°. Please NOTE the fee is $25/day, up to 85° (weather permitting). Pool heaters work best when outside temperatures are above 55°F; during rare colder nights, the pool may not reach the desired temperatures. 💦

Please remember that our establishment is situated in a residential area. It's important to be considerate and respectful while you are here. The residents value their peace, and it's our goal to maintain a harmonious environment for everyone's enjoyment. ✌️🏽

No loud music or parties are allowed due to the neighborhood curfew from 10 PM to 7 AM. If you're outside after 10 PM, kindly keep the noise level low. Remember, while you may be on vacation, your next-door neighbor might have work the following day. ✨

Getting Around:
- The majority of guests typically utilize vehicles or Uber for local transportation.
- Two designated driveway parking spaces are at your disposal throughout your stay.
- Indian Rocks Beach & Indian Shores offer abundant free public parking.
- Clearwater Beach provides extensive parking facilities, including parking garages.

Other Things to Note:
- ‼️TRAVEL INSURANCE: For guests traveling between June 1 & November 30, we HIGHLY recommend you purchase travel insurance through Airbnb to protect against flight cancellations or delays. 🌀

- You don't have to stress about packing or renting beach gear! We provide beach towels, chairs, a large cooler, a beach wagon, & an umbrella. Additionally, beach toys are available for the little ones to have fun! ⛱

- ❄️ AC INFO: When using the air conditioning between May and August, kindly avoid setting it below 75°F from noon to 8 PM, and remember to adjust it to 78°F when leaving the property. This practice allows the AC to defrost and operate more effectively in the evening.

- There is one step into the home, one leading from the guest bathroom into the Florida room, and one step in the dining room/living room. Yellow and black tape is used for caution in the dining room/living room location. Please view the photos for a visual. 🚧

- Outlet covers, pack-and-play, and children's dinnerware are available for those traveling with young children. If you'd like anything, please don’t hesitate to let us know. We gladly assist! 🚼

- The washing machine and dryer are in the garage, discreetly tucked away. Rest assured that your laundry detergent needs are being taken care of. 🫧

- Swimming and pool usage carries inherent risks, and by using the pool, you waive any liability. Following the pool rules outlined in our "Welcome" binder ensures everyone's safety. Children must always be supervised when outside. Shallow end: 3.5 ft & deep end 7ft. 💦

By booking this property, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding the use of the swimming pool:

Assumption of Risk: Guests understand and acknowledge that the use of the swimming pool involves inherent risks, including but not limited to drowning, slipping, falling, and other potential hazards. By choosing to use the pool, all guests voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur.

No Lifeguard on Duty: This property does not provide a lifeguard. Guests are responsible for their safety and the safety of all party members, including children and non-swimmers. Children must always be supervised by an adult when in or near the pool.

Homeowner Liability Release: The homeowner, property owner, Airbnb host, and any affiliated parties shall not be liable for any injuries, deaths, accidents, property damage, or other incidents that occur in or around the swimming pool, regardless of cause, including but not limited to negligence, natural conditions, or acts of third parties.

Guest Responsibility: Guests agree to use the pool responsibly and in accordance with all safety guidelines. No running, diving, or rough play is permitted in or around the pool area. The use of alcohol, glass containers, or other hazardous materials in or near the pool is strictly prohibited.

Indemnification: By booking and staying at this property, guests agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the homeowner, property owner, host, and any associated entities from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising out of or related to the use of the swimming pool.

By proceeding with this booking, all guests confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and assume all risks associated with using the swimming pool.
