Wonderful Condo!

We stayed in this wonderful condo in October. Perfect 3rd floor location with a short walk to a quiet and clean beach. Great view of the beach and Gulf from the living room and master bedroom. Secure and easy access to condo, with private parking space. Condo is nicely furnished and kitchen well stocked with essentials. Owner/management co. very accessible and responsive. Definitely will return here to Madeira Beach!! Ed and Wanda Giannotti October 2025

Unit was fine. Clean. New appliances. The condition of the building was somewhat misrepresented considering the pool was not being worked on and spalling work on the building required the hurricane shades be closed for a week out of 4 to avoid construction dust from being worse than it was. Hammering and drilling very anoying. Very limited view. A discount in should be offered. Finding lockbox was a joke. Luckily tenants were there to get into building.
