Great tiny home!

We loved this tiny home. Perfect size for a mom and her two teenage daughters. Loved the pool, being close to lots of places to eat, shopping, etc. Any questions were quickly answered by the property manager. Very nice, quiet stay.

Tiny House in Dunedin

We loved our stay in the Tiny Home hosted by Above & Beyond Vacation Rentals! Everything was exactly as described. They included all you could possibly need for a wonderful stay. The home seemed brand new and was super clean which we appreciated. We also loved being right on the Pinellas Trail which was great because we love to walk to town. My husband and I will definitely be back!

This tiny home is adorable and it’s so much larger than we were expecting! The space is used so well! The location is excellent. Walking distance to town if you are active, a park and many restaurants right in the same area and the waterfront is amazing. Will definitely hope to be back sometime soon!

Great things come in tiny packages!

This house was exactly as shown on listing but even better in person! Very clean, fit 4 adults well, and fantastic location! Easy process getting in and out of the unit. Quiet neighborhood, nice pool, walking distance to downtown Dunedin. Planning to stay here whenever I'm in town. Highly recommend!

Loved our stay in Dunedin

We had a fantastic stay at the Dunedin Tiny Homes. So many things to love - first of all, the homes are perfectly sized and comfortable - not tiny at all! They are so thoughtfully well-appointed with everything you could think of or need. Great streaming tv selections, awesome wifi, comfy beds and great outdoor space. Pool was excellent but the best part was the proximity to the Pinellas biking/walking trail right from the backgate. We didn't even rent a car and biked and walked everywhere in Dunedin with no problems. Great location, very very communicative and responsive hosts. Loved it and will be back next year!
