Amazing sunrises & water activities

Great house! We LOVED being on the bay & using to kayaks & paddle boards. Islands were fun to explore. Beautiful sunrises over the water. House was extremely well stocked. Beach was easy walk. Would definitely stay here again. One of our favorite vacation rental homes!!

The Perfect Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is perfect! Not only is it stunning, but it has absolutely everything. The views are breathtaking, it’s very spacious, the spa is perfect. Kayaks, paddle boards, beach gear, and more. My husband fished off the dock and loved shooting pool. I enjoyed the large and well equipped kitchen. The walk to the beach is truly 5 minutes or less. We loved it and plan to return.

Sunrise Harbor Indian Rocks

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Driving in we liked we were a short walk to the beach. Then we noticed most of the homes in the neighborhood had signs that said "Homes Not Hotels" in their yards. The police were called because they received a 911 call that someone was yelling "I hate my life". When the police realized nothing was wrong they asked, "Is this a beach time rental property?"The dryer was broken and unrepairable and a new dryer couldn't be installed until after we left.The hot tub controls were locked - I didn't realize the controls were locked and we needed a combination to use it. We didn't receive the combination when we asked for it so we weren't able to use it. Other than this request, BTR was easy to work with and replied quickly to questions.

As good as it looks!

We are experienced VRBO renters, and I was just slightly hesitant with this rental because there were only two reviews at the time I reserved this, and because I was unfamiliar with the management company, Beachtime Rentals, but the property and the communication with the management company were excellent! This was the most relaxing home and view. It was well outfitted and so close to the beach, with everything we might need. We so enjoyed the setting and set up of the house, we actually didn’t feel the need to go to the beach, though it was a very short walk and anything we might have wanted to take, and a wagon to take it, was there for a day at the beach. We particularly enjoyed the pool table, the kayaks and paddle board and the bikes. The kitchen was very well outfitted for foodies and home chefs. A huge pantry to put away our food was really appreciated. I did mention to the property manager the broken window shade in the master bedroom that could not be opened, and I should have mentioned that the remotes for the fan/lights in the bedrooms need to be re programmed as only one works on three rooms, so with the fans on, turning the light off in one turns the light on in the others. That made for some humorous and inconvenient night time mystery!
