Short 5 minute car ride to Sunset each or Howard Park Beach. Kayak, boat and bike rentals at the beach. Sand toys provided for the kids. Music activities and movies in the evenings on Sunset Beach. Free parking at Sunset Beach and only $5 parking at Howard Park Beach. Head to the beach for the day!
This 3 Bedroom 2 bath home is located in a boating community and has a big front porch to sip your morning coffee, a large eat-in kitchen with a pantry for storage, laundry room, master bedroom and bathroom, living room with a fireplace, fenced in backyard that is great for pets, a backyard deck, grill.
Nearby Attractions include: Miles and miles of white sandy beaches with boat charters, water sport rentals, day/evening cruises and local breweries and wine tastings; Innisbrook golf course home of the PGA Valspar Championship; Tarpon Springs Historical Sponge Docks with remarkable Greek cuisine and entertainment as well as the site of the yearly Epiphany Celebration; Dunedin’s Honeymoon Island and Caladesi Island; No. 1 rated Clearwater Beach that, along with daytime fun, also has a nightlife that is enjoyable for the whole family including talented street performers, movies in the park and vendors that line up on Pier 60. Wedding on Honeymoon Island

The property at 106 Sunrise in Palm Harbor, Florida was everything its owners said it would be. It was beautiful and comfortable all at an excellent price. Frances and Jerry, the owners, did everything they could to make our stay as wonderful as it could be. I highly recommend this property.

Or family really enjoyed ourselves. The property was comfortable and fitting for our needs. The owners were incredibly nice checking in to make sure we had all we needed and to be sure we understood check in and check out procedures. Would definitely recommend.

Baseball weekend

Was exactly what we needed for our guys weekend. Convenient to the stadium and the airport. Clean and comfortable. Will definitely try to stay here again if we're in the area.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect for a few days while we explored Tampa. I have stayed many times with VRBO, Jerry and Frances were absolutely wonderful! We will definitely be staying again and recommending to anyone going to the Tampa area.

Lovely home

Large 3-bdrm, 2-bath, dog friendly with fenced yard. Close to beaches, shopping and dining. Host’s we’re a call away and very attentive.

We were very pleased with our stay. The check-in process was easy and the owners are responsive and friendly. We loved having the conveniences and comforts of home. Perfect Spot

We stayed for 5 nights and it was so amazing. Perfect spot to move about the different areas, including Clearwater, Tampa, and St. Petersburg! Jerry was great with our late check in and everything was like it was described and even better when we showed up. Well stocked with all you need. Would totally recommend and come back!!

Loved our stay! Property has everything you need, including plenty of laundry soap and trash bags (not just one of each like most rentals provide.) Extra nice was all the beach chairs, umbrella, toys, etc. Great yard and porches! Owner was friendly and easy to contact. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Area

We had no problems with our stay and the hosts were very helpful and checked in often. The fence was not all the way to the ground so a small dog could easily escape but we weren’t here for very long and the neighbors also had fenced backyards so that wasn’t a big problem. Weeki Watchee was a wonderful waterpark close by and we also saw the manatees year round at Homosassa State Park. We enjoyed our trip thoroughly!

Nice house

The house was cleanand stocked with all we need ,is was like you come to you own house. Location was good ,but you need a car ,.With no car this will not a good location to stay .Very pets friendly

Wonderful Stay

Everything was super. Even better than the pictures. Felt like home when we walked in. Jerry and Francis checked multiple times during our stay to be sure everything was going well. Water and ice in fridge, plenty of choices for coffee available. Looking forward to our next stay. Thaks so much.

The owners are very nice and attentive. The home is true to photos. Many great beaches within 5-6 miles. Great home for pet owners with fenced back yard. Nice sized home, well maintained, loved the laundry room. They even supplied laundry detergent. Had to leave early due to family problems and they were so kind to refund us immediately.

Family vacation 2019

I have never had someone be so attentive to our needs. Jerry, Fances and Nicole were so accommodating. The home was perfect for our needs we have 2 grandchildren one 3 years old and the other 8 months old. There was plenty of space for all5 adults and the 2 grandchildren. The location was good so close to many beaches and attractions. We had a lovely stay. Thank you Frances, Jerry and Nicole!

FANTASTIC

We stayed at this property for 2 weeks and wish we could have stayed longer. The house has everything you could possibly need to be comfortable and feel at home. The fully stocked kitchen, large living room, 3 nicely decorated bedrooms, walk-in shower and front and back decks were perfect. Oh, I forgot to mention the fenced in yard where our dog could play and take care of business. Sunrise is in a quiet neighborhood and in a great location; Minutes to the Tarpon Sponge Docks, beaches, bike trail, and great restaurants We’ll definitely book again for a longer stay if available. Thanks to Frances and Jerry for being perfect hosts.

Great gold lodging for Innisbrook courses

The owners really cared about the comfort of our stay. 3 bedrooms. One master bedroom with king bed and attached bath. 2 more bedrooms, one with 2 single beds. Tiled flooring throughout the home. Many things provided in the kitchen to include a coffee bar. Water in fridge - nice touch. Beach towels provided. Spectrum cable and wifi with roku. TV in living room and master ter bedroom. Large glass sliding door to fellt back deck and fenced yRd. Ute front deck. They also provided 2 umbrellas!
