This two bedroom, two bathroom unit located on the fourth floor has full and unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico, the beach and sand dunes from both the balcony and the master bedroom. Watch for the dolphins swimming by or the pelicans diving for fish!

Indian Rocks Beach is quiet, pristine and well kept. Walk for miles in either direction on some of Florida's most beautiful white sand beaches.

Everything you might need during your stay is close by within walking distance. Bicycle and water rentals can be located a short drive south on Gulf Blvd. Splash Harbour ( a water park for all ages) is only a 5 minute walk. Arrange to go boating, deep water fishing or para sailing at the IRB Boat Rentals next to near-by Splash Harbour.

Wonderful restaurants at different price points including Tropical Ice Cream and Coffee, Slyce Pizza Bar ( gourmet pizza), Crabby Bills ( road house), Villa Gallace ( fine Italian dinning), The VIP ( Mexican), the Cooky Cocconut and Café de Paris ( French Bakery, breakfast and lunch) are within walking distance and many will bring food to your door.

The owner loves to cook and has outfitted the granite-counter-top kitchen with everything you might need for your own gourmet feast and of course, a dishwasher for easy clean-up.

The floors are hardwood throughout. The master bedroom is outfitted with a king sized bed and TV and has an adjoining Carrera marble tiled bathroom with shower and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds, TV and closet. The main bathroom has marble tiled floors and a bathtub. There is a full sized washer and dryer in the unit. High speed wireless internet, cable TV and no charge long distance calling to anywhere in the US or Canada are included. All linens and towels including beach towels are provided.
Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided for your enjoyment on the white sandy beach.
There is a designated parking spot for the unit as well as additional guest parking.

The Largo Golf Club is a 7 minute drive and offers a well-groomed, par 64 course. Smugglers Cove Adventures ( miniature golf), the Clearwater Aquarium and John's Pass (known for its boardwalk shops and restaurants) are only a short drive or you can experience the Trolley that runs along the coast from Clearwater Beach to St. Pete Beach.

Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and LEGOLAND are a short 90 minute drive away.
