Prime location in this family neighborhood provides access to Brown Park, directly outside front door; with playground, tennis courts, and basketball courts.
*Pet-friendly. The pet fee is $195 for your first 3 nights plus an additional $25 per night there after.

The family oriented neighborhood is one of the most desired in Indian Rocks Beach. You will often find people out riding their bikes, riding in golf carts, walking their dogs, or out for a run. There are many local restaurants, ice cream shops and cafes close by and of course the beach is only a 3 minute walk (2.5 blocks).
It’s a single family home in a great neighborhood that is family friendly and laid back with parking in the driveway. The front door is a digital key pad.
