Awesome!

Bay Harbor

The property has a good location, so easy to get to beach. The pool area was clean and convenient, also. The condo was well stocked with beach, pool and kitchen items. The property had been listed as no pets but we found abundant pet hair in the condo when we arrived. That was disappointing!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Apartment was very nice. Great location. However, there were too many pool rules.This place is for people in their 70's & 80's. Not young seniors. Although, most people were friendly.

Bay Mariner, Indian Shores

We attended in April. Wonderful quiet property during our stay. Clean inside and out. Not really good for young children, as the pool is in the center court, and every unit on this "U" can hear all the noise. Also strict no-swimming after sunset. Our unit had been updated, and has a beachy theme. Bathrooms do need some renovations from the early 70's. Fully stocked with beach & regular towels / beach chairs. Kitchen, with spices, most dry staples to get you started.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bay Mariner 230 is located right across the street from the Gulf. It was conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. The condo was clean and had almost everything one needs. We will be back next year for another 2 month stay.
