The property was perfect for our family of 5. Access/views of beach, pool, and hot tub were fantastic. Check in and check out were quick and easy. I would love to stay here again!

K&P Villa

Check in was easy and convenient. Condo was clean and accurately represented in the listing. The location was perfect except the most convenient beach boardwalk was underwater from recent hurricanes. Access to the beach through the KP pool area was fine. Internet access would have been helpful for the unit since two of our high schoolers had homework assignments they needed to do in the evenings. K&P was helpful to accommodate for that. We had an elderly relative who fell on the sidewalk outside. We informed K&P before taking her to the hospital that there was a lot of blood on the sidewalk. Security checked on us, but hours later the blood was still there. That was rather unsanitary and gross. But otherwise, a great short vacation. We will definitely be back.

Quick spring break

Location is amazing. Condo is perfect. Just a long walk to the water even though beach front Not bad for us at all but if you have any knee hip issues it could be bad. But amazing all in all. Would come back
