Welcome to 478 King & Prince Villa! Located steps from the beach and directly adjacent to the Resort Hotel. This 2025 renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath Ocean Front Villa is perched on the top floor of the King & Prince North Villas. Representing Costal Luxury, the Villa offers that soothing tranquil feeling that you expect and deserve on vacation. The living area is spacious and airy featuring vaulted ceilings and comfortable furniture meant for relaxing in while you overlook the breathtaking Ocean Views, watch your favorite TV programs or simply enjoy family time after a full day at the beach. The private balcony overlooking the Beach and Pool is what our guests refer to as their “favorite spot” and we agree as the Beach and Sunsets viewed from there are simply Awesome! The Master Ensuite is arranged with a King-size bed with the Guest room having 1 Full-size and 1 Twin XL size beds.

The Master highlights the spectacular Ocean View with direct access to the balcony. All living/Bedroom areas feature 14’ vaulted ceilings, large screen smart TVs and private internet. A new kitchen with stainless appliances and quartz counter tops awaits the Chef, however if cooking is not intended in your vacation plans you are minutes walking distance to a number of fantastic restaurants/bars and a brief drive to dozens more.

Guests at King & Prince 478 enjoy the Villas private courtyard pool, hot tub, gas grills and is serviced by two elevators with free gated, assigned, covered parking.

Please Note:  This condo does allow guests to access the full amenities of the King and Prince Resort, including the main pool, tennis courts, and fitness center. The King & Prince main pool is heated in the cooler months.  Should you have any questions regarding this, please reach out to us!

Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants. Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc are not permitted.
